Why Iron Is important For Humans And there body's. Red blood cell Why Iron Is important For Humans And there body's. Facts: Our human body need’s iron to produce red blood cells that fuel our bodies. The red blood cells our body give oxygen to the body and keeps up alive. If your Body lacks iron you might get bone marrow dazes and than your body wouldn’t produce enough red blood cells.
