Module 13 Application and reflection Case reflection You will now read a case about a policy maker. It is based on common experiences of using indicators to tackle measurment problems, and relates key concepts and themes discussed up to now. Case is divided in 7 segments Read and discuss questions raised in the case with your group 1 hour
