2013 Meet/Practice Schedule Meet Schedule (handout) –First meet is May 19, 2013 –2 meet out of state (Olivet College-Olivet, MI/ NC A&T Greensboro, NC) –Required meets for advancement: June 22-23, 2013 Ohio Association Junior Olympic Championships, Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH. Top 6 advance to Region 5 Championships. July 11-14, 2013 USATF Region 5 Junior Olympic Championships, Olivet College Olivet, MI. Top 3 advance to JO National Champs in Greensboro NC. Practice Schedule/Location –April/May: 2 days per week (Tues/Thurs), Location: Reynoldsburg High School or Waggonner Road Junior High School –June/July: 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), Waggonner Road Junior High School –Practice time: 6-7:30pm during April/May and 6-8 p.m. June/July –First practice: Tuesday, April 16 (weather permitting)

Club/USATF Registration 1) USATF Registration ( –Instructions located on PTC website (renew/new) –Complete USATF registration first and include it in your PTC registration –Cost: $19.95 per athlete Site accepts VISA or auto withdrawal from Checking/Savings account 2) PTC Registration (online: –All members must complete a form online for –Please designate new and returning participants 3) USATF & PTC Registration onsite 3/23 4) USATF & PTC Deadline 4/30 (High School athletes included)

Club Fees/Payment Schedule Club Fees for 12yrs & under: $200 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third+ athletes) (April start for all) Club Fees for 13 yrs & older: $150 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third + athlete) Meet Fees –Lump Sum: $75, to be collected prior to first meet –Additional amounts will be collected as needed based on athlete participation (i.e. number of meets and events) Uniform Fees (includes uniform/warmup) –12 yrs old & under: $100, 13 & above: $120 –Payment must be received at time of order Orders to be placed online via club website –Order must be completed by 4/16

Fundraising Reaching Our goal Reaching our goal is a fundraising opportunity. A donation page is created for your athlete and your upload s and advertise on Facebook. Reaching our goal gets $10.00 per donation, Pacesetters gets $5 and the rest goes to the individual athletes. Additional information Donation checks will be sent to my address and there isn't a processing charge Credit card donations will be charged 2.9% and will be mailed in one check up to 30 days after processing date All donations will be tracked Other fundraising opportunities can be found on the website:
