Prepare the President- Elect for PETS Review the PE Checklist Assist the PE in Completing the Fund Development Club Goal Report Familiarize the PE with the Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Clubs
Become Familiar with the Presidential Citation Criteria Monitor each club’s progress in each element Assist the PE in insuring that club plans address all of the Presidential Citation criteria See that the application is submitted timely
Support Rotary’s M & M’s (Membership & Money) We have a membership goal of “6110 in 2010” Give at some level to the Rotary Foundation, either through EFT or a cash gift
Participate in Mid-America PETS Serve as a Facilitator, Sergeant-at-Arms, Evaluator, Resource Person, etc.
AG Expense Reimbursement
Club Visits At Least Four Visits Per Year Accompany Governor on Official Visit Present a Program
Insure that Clubs Report On a Timely Basis Terri Pollmiller, District Administrator Promote the Use of DaCDB
