3 Target Asset Review (TAR)  Resource of asset data, regulatory compliance and decision support information to serve as an asset management tool  Comprehensive review of an agency’s files, records and studies, pertaining to a real property asset  Site inspection  Results in a report with documentation to support all the data provided, including site photos, maps and site plans

12 Who Pays for the Services?  Disposal has funds available to pay for certain studies, which result in a disposal action (i.e. TARs)  Disposal pays for relocation and reimburses itself out of sale proceeds  Other services available on a reimbursable basis (i.e. Disposal Options Studies, appraisals, etc.)
