Project Aim Upgrade the IST World Repository (CERIF 2004) to CERIF > extensive coverage of publications -> Semantic Layer, -> %relations will follow Develop CERIF Semantics for FP7 Research output -> isAuthorOf -> isOriginatorOf, isInvestigatorOf, … -> PublicTechnicalReport, -> FinancialReport [forEConly], ManagementReport [forEConly], -> ProjectPresentation, ExtensiveSummaryReport, -> PublicDeliverable, DeliverableWithRestrictedAccessTo, … Display the roles with IST World network visualisations Display the publiation types with different icons/colors
Project Aim Develop CERIF Semantics for the maintenance of FP7 topics -> structure results accordingly = FP7 subjects ontology -> apply with the IST World competence map visualisation Enhance IST World tools with CERIF Semantics CERIF XML Exchange Format Output -> for Data Interchange within OAI-PMH Offer views for different users: -> Researcher, Manager, EC internal, ERC, Public, Modularize (individualize) analytic IST World tools -> to plug into CERIF-based systems Automatically produce/extract ‚Keywords/Concepts‘ from documents, -> semi-automatically subsume/learn them into FP7Topics

Consortium Currently under discussion within the euroCRIS Board Consortium size to be determined Recommendation by Prof. Hans Uszkoreit (DFKI, Head of Language Technology Lab) Contact the Head of Unit, to ask about the number of projects that EC wants to fund in the call, from there, we can get an idea about the money, to determine the size of the Consortium.
