Using Web 2.0 Tools to Support Teachers, Students, and Parents WVPT Education Services

 To become familiar with some of the categories of Web 2.0 tools available  To setup at least one new Web 2.0 tool for use in the upcoming school year  To explore tools

 Enable students and teachers to share information with anyone, anytime.  If a student is absent, they can download the podcast of the recorded lesson.  It can be a tool for teachers or administrators to communicate curriculum, assignments and other information with parents and the community.  Record vocabulary or foreign language lessons, international pen pal letters (podcast pals!), music performance, interviews, debates.  Publishing tool for student oral presentations.
