Assistance Each division/office is responsible for the following issues: ✓ Teachers/advisors responsibility for accounting for students once they are outside; ✓ Where and with whom class lists and attendance records are kept, with back-up people assigned in case of a faculty absence; ✓ Offices staff will be assigned to certain areas and/or divisions as assistants. Admissions Office: ✓ Proceed to the end of the block on Patterson Street outside the ITC playground to block all traffic except emergency vehicles and help cross Middle and Lower School students. Development Office: ✓ Proceed to block all traffic except emergency vehicles on East Orchard Avenue at the Lower School driveway and also help cross Lower School students. Two Major Points Once students are accounted for in your unit, notify your Division Director and proceed single- or double-file by designated route to the evacuation location on Dwight House lawn N.B. Everyone faces the Gym At that time a determination will be made whether to enter the Boss-McLoughlin Gym by the side doors in class order, or to move off-site to Temple Beth-El, Saint Martin’s Church or, if necessary, down Blackstone Boulevard.
