* The Szot is a Polish dance characteristic for Warmian and Masurian region. The dance consists of turns, hops, steps and spins. The dancers, a boy and a girl, move in the circle turning around and singing.

* The Kujawiak is a Polish folk dance from the region of Kujawy in central Poland. The music is in triple meter and fairly slow. The dance usually involves couples walking gracefully in a quarter-note rhytm, on slightly bended knees, with relaxed turns and gently swaying. The song Czerwone jabłuszko (A small red apple) is sung in a rhytm of Kujawiak.

* The Trojak is a Silesian folk dance. It is a double partner dance and performed in groups of three: one male dancer and two female. The music of the dance has two parts : a slow on in ¾ metre and a fast one in 2/4 metre. These parts are repeated several times, one after another.

* The Oberek also called Obertas or Ober is a lively Polish dance. The name Oberek is derived from „obracać się” which in Polish means „ to spin”. The dance consists of many lifts and jumps. It is performed at a much quicker pace than the Polish waltz and is one of the national dances of Poland. „Kapuściana piosenka” is a song about how to make some souerkraut.
