How Does It Work? Public Web Server CMS ServerWeb Author Content is stored in a database, the template structure is stored separately, CMS server combines them.

So What? o Styles and UNC header can be changed without affecting content o Content can be single sourced (like a Dreamweaver library item) o Content can be shared o Content can be scheduled o Content can be searched

What we know now – Omni is beginning to code our templates – Omni anticipates about three months for template coding and testing – Training will then happen for web team – Training will be scheduled for web authors – New permission forms will be submitted – Possibility of phased approach
