Practice: Where? Down on the track, unless inclement weather What to bring? Clothing for OUTSIDE, including warm ups, training shoes, and spikes What goes on at practice? Workouts = faster paced, speed building days Recovery Days = slower paced, allows body to recover from workouts Field Events: Long, Triple, and High Jump, Pole Vault, Discus, Javelin, Shot Put (on certain days) When? Monday – Friday, 3-5:30 pm

2009 SCHEDULE Take a look at the schedule attached Dual meets = meet against only one other team in our league On Tuesdays (except one) Everyone Participates Invitationals = meets against many other teams On Saturdays (and one Thursday) Only select athletes participate Selection based on performances

Needed: Uniform, Spikes, warm ups, DRY clothes Leaving Early: Not allowed, according to CB Policy If need to, contact Mr. Dougherty Bus times: DEPARTURE times- Be there early! Return times- tentative Spectators: AWAY from athletes at meet Must stay OUTSIDE of track (fence) Not allowed on infield or any competing surface

Clothing Orders We have two types of clothing for sale: Warm Ups ($80 jacket, $45 pants) Sweats (4 pieces, $65) - Extra sweats (friends and family) Orders due Friday!! Extras available
