Potato pancakes
Ingredients 500 g potatoes 100 g smooth flour 0,5 dl hot milk 2 cloves of garlic 1 egg 2 teaspoons marjoram salt black pepper 2 dl oil
Peel potatoes and finely grate potatoes into a large bowl. Drain off any excess liquid. Add hot milk. Mix with egg, salt, black pepper, marjoram and crushed garlic. Add enough flour to make mixture thick. Heat oil in a pan and fry, turning once, until golden brown. Enjoy your meal. Direction
