MUSIC PIRACY Music Piracy is illegally downloading music from a fake website that has plagiarized copyrighted music.

LEGAL VS. ILLEGAL Legal: It is legal to download music from iTunes which has the rights from the owners of the music to sell their music in return for money. Illegal: It is illegal to download music off of a fake website that has plagiarized music and isn’t charging you money for illegally downloaded music

PENALTIES FOR PIRACY Penalties for illegally downloading music are up to 3yrs in prison or fines depending on how severe the crime is.
