Getting Started... u In the introduction section of your portfolio, read silently pages 31-34, Three Types of Entries, and pages 37-40, Entry Directions. u Using post-it notes and/or highlighters, identify critical information you need to remember as you go through the process. u Develop a “to do” list.
Breaking Down the Entries 1.Read instructions silently for Entry 4. 2.Working with a partner, complete the following forms: Breaking Down the Entry –Use entry directions and the note-taking guide to complete this form. Entry Prompt Sheet for Readers – These are the questions you must answer under each section for each entry.
Homework Due By September 15 u Complete both forms for the remaining three entries. u Prepare a timeline to guide your work. u Regularly access the CTL website. u Sign up for the NBC Support Listserv and post a brief message introducing yourself. u Read and return signed Candidate/Facilitator Agreement Form. u For those who want VCU graduate credit, return completed registration form no later than August 16.
