Professional Development Model Brief Overview of Model Components

Component Interaction Groups Role-alike groups – will stay in one room and be visited by 3 pairs of facilitators. Pairs of presenters represent leaders in both instruction and support. Participants will engage in three 30-minute sessions designed to familiarize them with features of each component of the model. Interaction and reflection are built into each session as well as suggested follow-up ideas to take back to your building/department. Grouping determined by symbol on nametag; symbol guide in your check-in packet.
