Copying, Printing, Saving - Online Most PDF files can be saved as a copy from the Adobe reader Most databases have a built in option, for those that don’t (for example JSTOR) you can save to the desktop, open your and attach the file and send a message to yourself
Library Print Copies Scan to on the library’s printer/copier/scanners small files (2-3 pages) only Scan to flash drive on 5 th floor printer/copier/scanner for larger files
Microfilm & Microfiche Insert film or fiche Hold the header readable side up for fiche – place the fiche between the layers of glass Follow diagram for film – be sure to place the film between the layers of glass Move the glass to find the place on fiche and to film Use the icons on the screen to roll and unroll the film
