7 Hands-on Exercise 1.In groups of 2 or 3, choose one person to open their e- mail called “Track Changes Exercise” and open the attached letter 2.Save the letter to your desk top! 3.Find the obvious spelling errors (hint: two per paragraph) and make changes using Track Changes. 4.Using your handout as a reference, explore accepting and rejecting changes and making comments.
8 An important point to keep in mind: Be careful not to confuse each other with which version of the document you should be working on. Communicating with your group and labeling each revision is very important!
