» Acceptable Fitness activities: ˃Individual, Dual or Team sports ˃Exercise/Fitness classes ˃Any exercise that gets the heart rate into the target heart rate zone (24-28 beats for a 10 second pulse count). At this level of exercise, students should be breathing hard. ˃Activities/sports that include a coach/trainer who will verify fitness levels and time commitment ˃The intent is that students are getting a good workout and are achieving or maintaining a healthy fitness level. ˃Please contact me if you have questions
