How to make a lava lamp By : Emily Ana Gabby R. and Paige

This Is Mrs.Gress Approved!

 One pop bottle  You need water  You need vegetable oil  Food coloring  Alka-seitzer  Flash light Ingredients for lava lamp

You first pour water until it is ¼ of the way filled. Then add food coloring. Then you add the rest of the bottle with vegetable oil. After that you need to add Alka- Seitzer and close the cap. Then you shake the bottle and watch it start to bubble. How to start up your lava lamp

When we were making a lava lamp, we ran into some troubles. When made it the recipe went wrong. It looked like it had too much water. So we added more oil and it worked better! Then we ran out of oil so we reused some of it and it worked. Process

 We choose this project because the lava lamp is very unique and we have not seen anything like it and we were very interested. Why we choose this project
