home 1 Welcome to My home page in the Greek page we are going to talk about the Greek Alphabet, Greek hair stile and Sparta.

The Greek alphabet 2 The Greek alphabet is over 2500 years old Many people think the idea of an alphabet is an ancient Greek invention, but the Greeks borrowed their alphabet from another The Greek alphabet was the first alphabet to include vowels.

Ancient Greek hair stile 3 Women kept their hair long, in braids, arranged on top of their head, or wore their hair in ponytails. Hair was curled, arranged in interesting and carefully designed styles, and held in place with scented waxes and lotions Barber shops first became popular in ancient Greece, and were an important part of the social life of many ancient Greek males.

Sparta 4 The Spartans were proud, fierce, capable warriors. No great works of art came out of Sparta. But the Spartans, both men and women, were tough, and the Greeks admired strength. The people were ruled by a small group of warriors. the goal of education was to create a strong citizen of that city-state. In Sparta, the goal of education was to create a strong warrior.
