22 Automatic Qualifiers  Sales Agents with Total Revenue of $600k (Based on 2012 revenue, not rolling 12 month revenue; all that meet will qualify)  Sales Agents with $500k in total revenue and 105% of sales goal (Based on 2012 revenue, not rolling 12 month revenue)  Top Growth Sales Rep by Top percent increase from 2011 to 2012 (Minimum in $15K in monthly fees; Must meet 105% of commercial/business objective) 2013 Leaders and Achievers Sales Rep Criteria

Leaders and Achievers Conditions and Wrap Up

12 Additional Terms and Conditions  Monthly results will be posted on the MyTransworld website. However, qualifying criteria is not final until the end of the year results are available.  Results are related to performance from Jan 1, 2012 – Dec 31,  Meeting the qualification criteria entitles the individual to attendance at next year’s conference destination.  Individuals can only qualify one time; qualifying in multiple categories does not mean additional benefits or spots. Qualifying is limited to the number of positions designated in each category and individuals below that line will not be bumped up in place of repeat qualifiers.

13 Additional Terms and Conditions  Individuals that qualify must be in good standing to attend. Attendance by individuals that qualify is optional. However, individuals that say they are attending and do not show up will be charged for any expenses still incurred as a result of the no-show.  Attendance as a Pay Own Way Guest and Spouse/Guest Awards Dinner attendance will be available for a fee (TBD). Payment of these fees by check will be due at least two weeks in advance.  Final confirmations of attendance as a qualifier, a dinner guest, or a pay own way will be due at least six weeks prior to the conference start date.  Terms and conditions related to qualifying criteria and conference logistics can be changed as needed at any time.
