Suggestions for improving teacher Training Instructional Materials development Instructional materials should be developed according to the Malagasy local conditions. How? CONCLUSION Partnership with foreign experts is necessary but what is needed is that Malagasy trainers develop their own materials not always adapt other countries’ones. It needs more time and more money but it’s HIGH TIME we started Thank you for your attention
