Quality Policy Exclusions Co-Channel understand that the effective running of a business depends upon the establishment, continual monitoring and improvement of customer supplied products and services. To this end we endeavour to meet all the requirements within the ISO standard. However, as a communications dealer, we do not meet the standard requirements in relation to section 7.3, Design and Development, as this is undertaken by the equipment manufacturers.
