Uploading letters of recommendation onto Naviance

Important Information If a student is applying to a Common App school, the teacher writing the letter of recommendation must also complete the Common App Teacher Evaluation

How to Upload a Letter of Rec 1. Search for the student in Naviance 2. Click on the Edocs tab 3. Click on “Prepare”

4. Next to Teacher Documents, click on “Add”

How to Upload a Letter of Rec 5. Click on Upload a File 6. Under “Type” choose “Letter of Recommendation” 7. Browse your computer for the letter 8. Click “Upload file”

9. Again, next to Teacher Documents click “Add” 10. Click on “Prepare a form”
