Why? Response to Trust’s Quality Strategy. Integrating physical health, mental health and learning disability services across Dorset. Desire to share and learn. Raising the profile of Allied Health Professionals

Who? Members of the Health Professionals Advisory Committee of Dorset HealthCare University Foundation Trust. Staff and postgraduate students from Bournemouth University, Southampton University and Solent NHS Trust. Local AHP Research Networks.

How? Establish a working group – team roles evolve to individual strengths Have a clear shared vision Identify a timeline with milestones, and keep to it! Draw in additional expertise as and when needed Support with funding Support staff to develop confidence in presentation skills. Promote the opportunity to showcase work at the launch event
