WHERE ARE WE 10 point plan - strategic plan to improve health system National Programmes and the Essential medicines programme (STG and EML) Annual performance plan PHC Hospital level (adult and paediatric) Tertiary level Building a platform for HTA National Core Standards (quality standards) OHSC
