FY14 ASIP Data Certification ASIP Installation Feedback (edits) Ensure the units are assigned to the correct location (station code or site) Review Fiscal Year of unit arrivals and departures (effective dates) Provide comments on problems with the force structure Input contractors associated with the Army units they support Include contractors that reside in government held facilities off-post Input all tenant organizations that use facilities Create undocumented derivatives to split out units and assign to another location Input all tenants as full-time equivalents Update POC information Provide transient and rotational population via spreadsheet annually Check undocumented derivatives quarterly to see if they have been documented in the force structure Annual ASIP data certification at end of FY lock
