Keying in Excel  Text – alignment?  Numbers – alignment?  Navigation Moving across Moving down  One cell?  One page?  To the end?

Page Setup  Header and Footer Custom!  Gridlines – borders around each cell  Row and Column Heading – labels for rows and columns  Center Horizontally/Vertically  Viewing - page setup features only show in Print Preview, so check your work!

Editing Cells  Delete versus Clear contents  Cut, Copy, Paste  Use Fill Handle, it will save a LOT of time!! FILL HANDLE

Format Worksheets TABLES  VERY SIMILAR TO TABLES!!!  Change Column Widths  Insert and Delete Rows/Columns  Format Cells Number Alignment Font  Borders and Shading
