 Equipment that will be very beneficial for our school.  Exercise Bike  Heart monitor  comprehensive computer base fitness station  Comprehensive health club management software.

 An exercise bike would be good to have for the students to use.  Most kids today are over weight and they don’t want to run or walk but if we get an exercise bike they could ride that instead of walking or run and they are still getting their exercise in.  And will lead they to feeling accomplished and they will want to continue to workout.  They can also see what their heat rate is, and the distance they went.

 We have seen the why we should get an exercise bike:  I don’t see no reason why we can’t the cost for one will be $  It will increase the students to want to do fitness.

 If we get this item we can monitor the students heart rate that they can wear when they do their weekly walk or run.  So that the student ‘s can see what their heart rate is in the beginning of the year and try to work on it to make it better by the end of the year.  We can get them for a reasonable price for $40.00.

 This is a good item to get to help get kids active in fitness.  This item can measure anything they want to from their strength to their cholesterol levels.  This will get kids to want to better themselves and get them to understand the importance of fitness.

 This item is good to have because it gets the students wanting to better themselves with fitness.  Kids are overweight and don’t want to do anything but with this it is a good way to show the kids what their different levels of everything is.  The only thing that the cost is $7,000, but it we do get this I know we will see an improvement in participation in students.

 It is a software based for a health club but I feel like we can use it to monitor what ore students are doing in the weight room and even during fitness days.  I don’t see it being a problem to get either because it only cost $30.00 to get it.

 Functions of the software are:  A login page were the students can sign on.  Administrative control panel were all functions and frequently used tasks and reports are accessible from the administrative control panel.  Web scheduler were we can schedule to see when the students are to be doing what.  And fitness assessment were we can track the body fat, body weight, and heart rate of each student.

 Exercise bike: $  Heart Monitor: $40.00  Comprehensive computer station: $ 7,000  Comprehensive management software: $  Total: $7,370
