INSTRUCTIVE SYLLOGISM Without faith, it is impossible to please God. (Heb. 11:6) Enoch pleased God (Heb. 11:5) Therefore, Enoch walked with God by faith This is why the men of old had witness of God’s approval – they walked with God by faith (Heb. 11:2).

Why Faith Pleases God – Because… At the foundation of faith is belief that God exists – He is – absolutely, eternally, Self- existent (Ex. 3:14)
