Only the schools identified above have an overall ranking Rank2011 Rank

What to look for?  Since this is writing, very easy to look at the previous year (Reading) to determine a longitudinal trend  Are we looking at a weak cohort of students?  Are we looking at an instructional issue? If school has a high proportion of “red ink”, supports are available through CIA. Even though the NESD is not participating with AFL this upcoming year we should not disregard the data.  These assessments will be forming the basis of the future assessments
