Energizers

What? Energizers are classroom based physical activities that may integrate physical activity with academic concepts. These are short (less than 10 minutes) activities that classroom teachers can use to provide activity to children.

When? Before and after school day Start of each school day Recess breaks Before/after lunch Introducing or during classroom lessons Between lessons Special events (within school day) During special classes
