Grants Pros – Free money (pay off in 10 yrs) – Other people, sponsor can contribute to the grant and interest Con – Must pay back within certain time – Looks bad on us that we have to borrow money from other companies to pay off debt for the track

4G tower Pros – Excellent 4G service around the school property – Service Booster – Company gives us the 4G tower would have to pay for the land used to build the 4G tower upon Cons – Takes up a large amount of space – Maintenance
