LiveBinder Guide

Creating a LiveBinder After you log in, select start a blank binder on the left hand side. Once you have clicked that name your new binder. If you want to control who can see your binder, mark it as private.

Creating a LiveBinder From this page you can add multiple tabs by clicking the add tab If you want to add a subtab for a certain tab, be sure you’re on that specific tab then click add subtab.

Creating a LiveBinder Before you add any content, make sure that you save your documents as a PDF file. You can create your documents in word. Click on the “save as type” and select PDF

Creating a LiveBinder Click the “Add Content” tab at the top of the screen. From this page you have a selection of what to add. You can “Upload a File” Select your document that is saved as a PDF or JPEG

Creating a LiveBinder You can arrange you’re your tabs and subtabs however you want. You can add photos, documents, QR codes, links, YouTube video.

Creating a LiveBinder To change your tab or sub tab color click the red arrow on the tab While you are on the selected tab you can change the name of the tab.

Creating a LiveBinder If you want to change the background of you binder, you can select the “Binder Settings” tab at the top.

Creating a LiveBinder At arrow 1 you can change the look of the cover At arrow 2 you can change the arrangement of your tabs At arrow 3 you can change the background color and set a default tab color.

Creating a LiveBinder You can search other binders using the “Search Binders” tab at the top left of the page. If you have questions you can also select the “Help Button” They have commonly asked questions and solutions.

Creating a LiveBinder In order to share your binder click on your “Binder Setting” button In Binder Settings change the settings to Public. Be sure to hit the save button when finished.
