 The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Technology  Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR).  Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR).  Eleven federal departments participate in SBIR.  Five departments participate in STTR.  $2 billion to small high-tech businesses.

 Proposal development and submission assistance.  Pre-submission technical review (if given a week or two).  Foresight Technologies market analysis to our phase I awardees  Phase I  Cost share commitment letters for inclusion with Phase I proposals.  Phase II  Letters describing the intention to use 21 Fund support as companies move through Phase II toward market entry.
