Eligibility

Application Process Applications must be completed and submitted online Print your application and have both parents/guardians (where applicable) sign the Agreement, Activities and Authority form (and tick the 7 appropriate boxes) Hand your form to the Scout Leader to sign, along with your first payment by 2nd March It will then be forwarded to the Group Leader to sign Next it will be sent to the Region office to be signed by the Regional Commissioner All applications and monies must be received by the Region Office by 16th March

Cost & Fundraising The total cost is $1,385 (includes 13 days activities, food, accommodation, entertainment) 1) First Payment - $825 due 2nd March to Scout Leader (16th March to Region Office) 2) Second Payment - $290 due 19th June to Scout Leader (30th June to Region Office) 3) Third Payment - $270 due 21st August to Scout Leader (31st August to Region Office) Fundraising – This is why fundraising is so important!!!!! Our hope is that the 2nd and 3rd payments can be covered from our fundraising efforts...and if we do really well, we can refund some of the 1st payment!

Activities Off-Site There will be at least 3 off-site activities; City Tour a commercial operator site (theme park type activity) Water Base Activity   Onsite Onsite activities will include (but not limited to); Challenge Valley Abseiling, Flying Fox, Caving Waterslide Skills Base Australiana Village Themed Physical activity base Arena Program & Night time activities
