Template Instructions This PowerPoint template is designed for you to fill in as your project progresses. Enter text directly on each slide, and save to your hard drive. At the end of the project, you can send a copy, along with project documentary material (photographs, etc.), as your final report, on the memory stick provided to you or on a disk. Feel free to add new slides if you see the need for them. If your project includes schools with different questions, have each school fill out a separate template. They may be downloaded from the Arts Board website: Slides 3 to 7 should be completed before the project begins, or preferably as a part of your planning meeting. Slide 8 is a mid-project reflection. Slides 9 to 11 should be completed as a summative activity. Slide 12 asks for final project statistics. Slide 13 is a financial report on the project. (If you would prefer to submit your own financial report form in Word, Excel, etc., please do so.) Slide 14 invites you to provide feedback on the template. You can create new slides for documentary photographs, etc., or send these in separate folders.
