Leadership Presentation

 As you could guess from the previous slide, I am Trevor Herren, I am 17 years old, I intend to graduate and move into aircraft mechanics. Hopefully that will be my career, and I can survive after graduation and move forward without any difficult obstacles. If I'm lucky. Probably not.

Promotions could be all the way to Head of mechanics, which is 15-20k more in salary than the average mechanic.

To be honest, parental guidance, remodel worthy teachers, getting a job young, and more, have all prepared me for leadership.

The biggest role model is probably my dad, who has a successful career even with having 3 kids young, and being a drop out. Hard work, and drive got him his career.

I see myself being a head aircraft mechanic, making 85-90k a year, and leading other technicians.

I need to start from the lower ranks on any career in my life, learn from those above me, so that when I do move up, I have an idea how to lead those under me.

Even at my current job just for pocket money, I have trained new people that come in for the same position as me, and most everyone I train does there job effectively.

I hope to not be a person stuck working 2 minimum wage jobs just to pay bills. I hope to live life not wealthy, but comfortably.

Short tempered Stubborn Can crack under pressure

They basically counter act my strengths. They don’t make me the top candidate for a career promotion, or a great leader.

I try to stay calm under harsh situations, and try to flex my strengths and keep calm to keep my weaknesses passive.

I intend to leave Fraser High with full confidence I can handle my future and lead not only myself to a good place but others. I want to lead people to a place where they can lead others, and I can do that with the fundamentals iv learned from everyone iv met since my school career began. I can be a leader.
