Geology students want to see this sort of detail…

understand what’s happening, and…

… get an idea of the landscape

The ERA system has a video camera (and high-res stills camera) to zoom in on details…

A mobile “sherpa” who can move around locations and talk with the students at base

The student is in a car by the roadside with a tutor

The car is the base link…

The mid point antenna on corner of cliff acts as repeater station to mobile sherpa with the field studies group ‘around the corner’, and allows the upload of high-res photos
