Garcia, Angela Urbina, Maria 11 First Week Results #31 –1% - lead sized individual colonies with diminutive, small, growth –5% - lumped colonies in a strip line but no individual growth #32 –1% - diminutive growth better than the 20% –5% - an abundant of tiny colonies sparsely spread

Garcia, Angela Urbina, Maria 13 Other Notes –The temperature had settled to 30°C on so we moved it up to the control 37°C. –Conclusion after first week The salinity concentration has no affect on coloration, just on the growth of marinococcus.
