Pidurutalagala The tallest mountain in Sri Lanka, at 2,524 m. Mount Pedro is located close to the city of Nuwara Eliya, and is easily visible from most areas of the Central Province.

Kirigalpoththa Kirigalpoththa is the 2nd tallest mountain in Sri Lanka at 2,388 m (7,835 ft) above mean sea level, and is also the highest mountain in the country whose summit is accessible to the general public

Thotupola Kanda Thotupola Kanda, also sometimes referred as the Thotupola Peak or Thotupola Mountain, is the third highest mountain is Sri Lanka situated in Nuwara Eliya district 2,357 m (7,733 ft) above mean sea level.

Adam's Peak The only mountains in the world where four major religions get together and worship. To the Buddhist, the imprint found on the summit of the mountain is the hallowed footprint of the Lord Buddha. To the Hindus, the footprint is that of God Shiva. To the Christians, it is the footprint of St. Thomas, and to the Islam, it’s the foot print of Adam, hence the title “Adam’s peak”. This corn shaped mountain is 2243 meters high.

Namunukula Namunukula is a mountain at Badulla district of Sri Lanka and closed to Monaragala District. Main peak of Namunukula is hight about 6600Ft. Namunukula willl become lovers mountain of students of University Of Uva Wellassa Sri Lanka. Namunukula town is at between Badulla, Ella and Passara towns.

Knuckles range The Knuckles range, which lies in the Kandy and Matale Administrative Districts, Knuckels misty mountain range rises 1863 meters above the Dumbara valley,starting point for many rivers in the island. There are 35 peaks rising to more than 3000 feet (915 m) in the nuckles range.

Hantana Mountains Famous among local climbers Hantana can be seen from Kandy dressed in mist. A great place to go when you are in Kandy.
