Vocabulary Slide: An individual screen in a slide show. Slide Show: A series of slides displayed in sequence. A slide show can be controlled manually or automatically.

Vocabulary Transition: A special effect used to move from one slide to the next during a slide show. –For example you can fade in from black or dissolve into the next slide.

Vocabulary Animation: To add special visual or sound effect to text or an object. –For example you can have your text bullet points fly in from the left, one at a time. Or applause when a picture comes in.
