Mission The mission of the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development is to enhance the level of financial and economic literacy of individuals and households in the United States and promote professional development at the initial stage of career development and mid-level management. Major Program Our major program involves the development and presentation of face-to-face personal financial management seminars and workshops to college students, nationwide.

Goals of the Program 1. Provide practical financial knowledge to college students to help them maximize their financial and professional growth during and after graduation; 2.Change students’ mind-set in regards to the use of money, credit, spending, savings and investing; and 3. Increase the general financial knowledge of Americans.
