Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland & Rajasthan Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jharkhand, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Rajasthan & Tamil Nadu MANIPUR IS YET TO SUBMIT AUDIT REPORT FOR THE YEAR

Audit Reports for the year The Audit Reports for the year which were required to be submitted to GOI by the SIS on or before have not yet been received from the following States:

Government of India was required to submit a Consolidated Report on Audits based on the Audit Reports of SIS to the EDPs by Only 9 States submitted Audit Reports upto As such Consolidated Report on Audits for only 9 States could be submitted to the Development Partners on the due date.

All concerned requested to ensure that Audit Reports are furnished to the GOI, complete in all respects at the earliest alongwith a soft copy. It may also be ensured that Audit Reports contain paras on:- (i)Procurement Audit in the prescribed format (ii)Para on Settlement of Previous years Audit objections

Quarterly Report on the Position of Settlement of Audit Objections The quarterly report on the Position of Settlement of Audit Objections for the quarter ending has been received only from the State Implementation Society of the following States.

1. Uttar Pradesh 2. Goa 3. Kerala 4. Madhya Pradesh You are requested to ensure that Progress of Settlement of Audit Objections is reviewed by the SPD on a monthly basis as required under Para of the Manual and Progress of Settlement is reported to GOI in the quarterly statement prescribed for the purpose regularly.
