To support the sustainable development abroad through civil society involvement and cooperation with the institutions involved in promoting solidarity and effective development aid policies. To facilitate and strengthen Bulgarian civil society involvement in the effective development abroad.

To influence development aid policymaking and elaboration of strategies and their implementation on national and international level. To assist communities in developing countries in implementing practices aimed at eradicating poverty and promoting sustainable development. To advocate for appropriate allocation and transparency of the Bulgarian development aid in order to support sustainable development abroad. To build the Bulgarian NG(D)O platform capacities towards the fulfillment of its mission abroad. To develop effective partnership with the relevant state institutions involved in providing official development aid. To build capacity among all stakeholders in the country and abroad for effective promotion and delivery of actions in the area of sustainable development. To raise the awareness of Bulgarian society on the ODA concept and the needs of the developing countries.
