Current Scenario 93 MILLION CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE ARE OUT OF SCHOOL Number of primary-school-age children not in school, by region (2006) Source: Reasons for the current situation School fees, textbook fees, compulsory uniforms and transportation (Cost). Lack of educational resources, trained teachers, school spaces and facilities (Resources). Cultural and religious norms especially concerned with girls (Gender Equality). Monolingual and multilingual settings (Language).

Idea: Study-tube A solution which provides an environment to access educational resources for schools, groups and children in the language they study, through participation to achieve universal primary education. Educational resources - online, offline(CD, print material) Videos, E-books, presentations, audio. Language The aim here is to have ready to use educational resources in every language (Localization) to assist teaching. Will grow through Participation (the application will share though ) Individuals, groups, organizations, NGOs.
