Who is a mentor? A mentor is an individual who serves as an objective confidant and advisor with whom the mentee may discuss work-related and other concerns related to career development and planning. MENTORSHIP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV

What does a good mentor look like? - He or she looks beyond the imperatives * Imperative: absolutely necessary or unavoidable. - Knowledgeable about the AIDS epidemic - Should have great experience in networking and partnerships
