CHRIS LOGUE Portfolio

Philosophy on Adult Education and Training My role as an Adult Educator is to ensure that each participant is engaged in the learning process at all times. Learning is only achieved when students take in new information and interpret it through their existing knowledge. New knowledge will only change old ways of thinking through reflective practice. Learning must relate to real life experiences.

How did you learn to ride a bike?

We all learn by trial and error.

We also learn by doing and reflecting according to Bloom’s Taxonomy
