Year 6 Camping Trip 2014 Friday 18 th July 2014

Arrival  Please bring your children to Broomheath Plantation for 10am on Friday Morning. Directions are on the Broomheath website by way of a map.  Site address: Broomheath Plantation, Broomheath Lane, Stapleford, CH3 8HE. Sign posted off the A51.  They will be met by Kingsmead Staff and Broomheath Staff for 24 hours of forest activities and fun!

Kit List  All specialist equipment will be provided but obviously the children will need to bring clothes and sleeping kit.  Please see your kit list.  Please DO NOT bring mobile phones or any electrical equipment and please do not send children with sweets and food(plenty of these will be provided!)

Concerns  Gated site which is locked and cameras are on the gate.  Staff ratio within formal guidelines and staff will be on a rota of being awake to ensure the children's safety.  Equipment used is age appropriate and will be supervised by trained staff.  PLEASE COME TO TALK TO US ABOUT ANY CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE.

Pick up  Please pick up your VERY tired children at 10am from Broomheath.
