7 Evolution of a Safety Culture Implementation of a uniform approach to working safely, established training program, line management accountability, defined roles and responsibilities, ES&H oversight, management involvement. Procedures followed, line management owns safety, performing work safely is a corporate vision and value. Employees work within safety based culture, behavior based safety (BBS) implemented, employees counsel on safe work practices. Safe / Unsafe Acts tracked and reported.
